Proof from real campaigns

Results from our HVAC work, and what transfers to painting

We have no painting case studies to publish yet, and we won't invent any. These are real results from our HVAC work, with a plain account of which lessons carry over to a painting company.

Written by Ali Sedighi, MBALast updated:

Every number on this page comes from our HVAC work, and every client is named and linked so you can see the live site. We are showing them because they are real and because heating and cooling, like painting, is a seasonal home-service trade where timing, trust and follow-up decide the year. We are not claiming these as painting results.

Proof of the method from our HVAC work

What transfers to painting

Answer first: the method transfers; the specific numbers don't.

Roma Heating & Cooling grew organic traffic by 400% in 12 months. For a painter, the equivalent is a site with a real page for each service you sell, interior, exterior, cabinets, decks, strata, plus pages for the communities you want to work in. That is the core of our local search service.

From BCWide.ca: speed matters when demand is seasonal

BCWide.ca tripled its leads in 90 days. Painting has its own 90-day rush: the late-winter and spring weeks when exterior quotes are compared. The lesson is to have campaigns and landing pages ready before that window opens. See seasonal ads.

From HeatLand: answer the questions customers ask

Over 850 SEO articles at HeatLand went hand in hand with a 300% lead increase in 6 months. Painting buyers ask questions too: how long exterior paint lasts, whether to paint or stain a deck, what prep matters on old siding. A painter doesn't need 850 articles, but a steady set of honest answers builds both search traffic and trust.

From HVACDeal.ca: know what a lead is worth

HVACDeal.ca reached 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI. That kind of return depends on knowing the value of each lead and refusing to overpay. Our estimate maths guide applies the same arithmetic to painting.

From CombiBoiler.ca: go deep on one product

CombiBoiler.ca built 500+ page-1 rankings around a single product type. For a painter, the parallel might be cabinet refinishing or stucco painting: one product, covered more thoroughly than any competitor in your area.

What doesn't transfer

Answer first: emergencies, equipment cycles and rebates.

  • No emergency demand. HVAC has urgent breakdowns; painting almost never does. Painting marketing leans more on photos, patience and follow-up.
  • Different decision time. Homeowners can take weeks or months to choose a painter. Follow-up carries more weight.
  • No energy rebates. Many HVAC campaigns can mention government heating programs. Paint is not covered by the provincial energy programs we have checked, so painting ads should never imply rebates.
  • More visual proof. A painter's portfolio does work that an HVAC company's spec sheet does.

How we will measure your results

For a painting company, we report the numbers that link to revenue:

  1. Estimate requests, by source
  2. Estimates run and signed (close rate), by source
  3. Cost per booked estimate and per signed job
  4. Revenue from marketing-sourced jobs, using your job list

We never promise a ranking, a lead count or a return. We do promise to show you the numbers plainly every month.

Frequently asked questions

Why show HVAC results on a painting site?

Because they are the real, published results of the method we use, and we would rather show true results from another trade than invent painting ones. We label them clearly as results from our HVAC work.

Will a painting company get the same numbers?

Not necessarily. Job values, seasons and competition differ. What transfers is the method; your results depend on your market, your crews and how you follow up.

Where can I see the full case studies?

The complete list is at hvac.agency/case-studies, and each client named here links to its live website.

Do you show painting client results privately?

We only state results that are published and approved. If that changes, this page will be updated.
